Shipping policy

Processing Time
Each Arcane Arts creation is hand-poured, cured, and packaged with care. Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. During high-volume periods, restocks, or holidays, processing times may take longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods
We currently ship through USPS and UPS within the United States. All orders include tracking, and most arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our Renton, Washington studio by appointment. Select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you to schedule a convenient time.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship throughout the United States and are exploring international options as we grow. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please email hello@arcaneartsalchemy.com ~ we may be able to accommodate special requests.

Packaging & Sustainability
Each order is wrapped with intention to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. We use recyclable and reusable materials whenever possible, along with protective packaging to keep your candles secure in transit. We’re continuously refining our process to balance sustainability with safe delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@arcaneartsalchemy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the damaged or incorrect items(s) as appropriate. If a replacement isn’t possible, store credit may be issued for the value of the item(s).

If your package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbors or your local post office/carrier. Once reported, we’ll do our best to assist with locating your order.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, we can re-ship once the original package is received and additional shipping costs are paid. If you prefer not to re-ship, we can issue store credit for the item cost (minus shipping fees).

Store Credit
When applicable, store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card redeemable toward any future purchase at Arcane Arts Alchemy. Store credit does not expire and may be used online or at select events.

Seasonal & Small-Batch Notes
Because each candle is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations and occasional seasonal delays may occur. Thank you for your patience ~ true craft takes time, and every candle is worth the wait.
