Refund policy
All Sales Final
Because each Arcane Arts creation is handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, burned, or custom items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@arcaneartsalchemy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the damaged or incorrect item(s) as appropriate. If a replacement isn’t possible, store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s).
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
In rare cases where a return or exchange is approved, the item must be unused (unburned/unopened) and in the same condition you received it. Requests received more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Used, opened, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Ritual, Apothecary & Ingestible Items
For health, safety, and energetic integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on teas, oils, herbs, powders, or other ritual apothecary products once they have left our studio. These items are considered final sale to maintain product quality and comply with health regulations.
If your apothecary item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact hello@arcaneartsalchemy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll happily replace or issue store credit as appropriate.
Crystals, Divination & Spiritual Tools
All crystals, tarot and oracle decks, divination tools, and spiritual supplies are considered final sale once purchased. These items are energetically and spiritually unique, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have left our studio.
If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@arcaneartsalchemy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit as appropriate.
Subscriptions, Mystery Boxes & Seasonal Sets
All subscription orders, mystery boxes, and limited-edition seasonal sets are final sale and non-refundable once processed or shipped. If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
Workshops & Classes
Refunds for readings, workshops, and classes are available up to 7 days before the scheduled date. After that time, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or exchanged for store credit toward a future class or purchase. If Arcane Arts cancels or reschedules a workshop, all participants will be offered a refund or store credit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at hello@arcaneartsalchemy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Store Credit
When applicable, store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card redeemable toward any future purchase at Arcane Arts Alchemy. Store credit does not expire and may be used online or at select events.
Wholesale Orders
These provisions do not apply to wholesale transactions. Please refer to our Wholesale Policies, Terms & Conditions for information specific to retail partners.
